User Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and OneConsole. By using the OneConsole extension, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Service Description

OneConsole is a Google Chrome extension that enables users to snip and save any content from the internet, including text, images, and links. Users can organize their snips in a centralized dashboard, and OneConsole ensures that all snips are kept up-to-date with live snapshots.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OneConsole account and password. You agree to notify OneConsole immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use OneConsole only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone's use and enjoyment of the service.

Intellectual Property

OneConsole and its associated intellectual property, including but not limited to the software, trademarks, and content, are owned by OneConsole and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the OneConsole extension for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works from the OneConsole extension.

Data Privacy and Security

OneConsole is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Our data privacy practices comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Limitation of Liability

OneConsole's total liability for any claims related to the OneConsole extension shall not exceed $100.

Termination

OneConsole reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the OneConsole app and extension at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.

Lifetime Deals

Lifetime deals offered by OneConsole are non-transferable. These deals are granted solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party, including but not limited to future owners or successors of the purchaser's account.

OneConsole reserves the right to discontinue or modify lifetime deals at any time, especially in the event that the service is discontinued or if OneConsole is no longer in operation. In such a case, OneConsole shall not be held liable for refunding or compensating lifetime deal holders.

Modifications to the Terms of Service

OneConsole reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. You will be notified of any changes, and your continued use of the OneConsole extension after such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
